1. What Trade Tracker is
Trade Tracker is a personal trading journal and daily P&L tracker. It is a record-keeping tool only. It does not execute trades, connect to brokers or exchanges, provide investment advice, or guarantee any financial outcomes.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You must not use the service for illegal activities or to facilitate fraud.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
- You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3. No financial advice
Trade Tracker does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any content, guides, or features are for educational and record-keeping purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Data and privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your entries and can export or delete them at any time.
5. Free tier and paid features
Trade Tracker offers a free tier with core journaling features. Future premium features may require payment. We will notify you before any changes to pricing or features that affect you.
6. Availability and uptime
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Trade Tracker brand, interface, guides, and code are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service without permission.
8. User-generated content
Reviews and feedback you submit may be displayed publicly (with your chosen name). You grant us a license to display, moderate, and remove such content. You retain ownership of your entries.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trade Tracker is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
